ELONGATE has announced that they have partnered with Certik for a complete protection and assessment audit. In addition, they work closely with the cybersecurity and blockchain experts from CertiK throughout the entire process and provide full transparency.
CertiK is a blockchain security company providing auditing services that assess smart contracts to identify issues or vulnerabilities. Reports are generated and posted to their website, which includes a security leaderboard. Elongate will also take advantage of Skynet, a service offered by CertiK provides 24/7 security analysis and monitoring of their smart contract.
Having the stamp of CertiK is standard for many new cryptocurrency projects. The audit will provide both current and future holders with the assurance they need to trust the team and the Elongate token. During this process, Certik will check for security exploits, security issues, and general vulnerabilities. When this process is complete, Certik provides a full report, including information on any potential issues that need resolving.
