ELONGATE announced an expansion of their Roadmap. Seeing as the cryptocurrency space is highly fluid and moves quickly, the team at Elongate recognized this and expanded on their vision, use case, and utility.
In this update, the team focuses on bringing more utility and real-world use cases. Features from the new Roadmap include; wallet for holding your tokens, e-commerce applications like merchants accepting Elongate, An NFT Marketplace to buy/sell/mint NFT’s with Elongate, and a crypto card that ties charitable giving and shopping online or in-store.
The Elongate team is currently focusing on rapid research and development of technologies and products that will help bolster the utility and use case of the Elongate token itself. As a result, they have expanded their innovation/research and development department.
The Social Impact portion of the Roadmap will focus on bridging gaps between cryptocurrencies and non-profit organizations to create better relationships and form new partnerships. The team is also focusing on real-world impacts such as building orphanages, schools and hospitals. The eventual goal is to expand the social impact team with regional offices and expand partnerships with notable charity organizations.
